Trusto by Bizzbots
Trusto verifies a customer's identity against Aadhaar, lets your peers rate every interaction, and surfaces genuine offence reports — checked by your own trade association, not by an algorithm alone.
Step one
Add a contact once and their identity is confirmed directly against Aadhaar. Choose the level of detail you need for that customer.
Name, date of birth, gender, address and photo — confirmed against Aadhaar.
Everything in Basic, plus the customer's registered mobile number.
Step two
After an interaction, rate the customer across eight dimensions — free, and visible to any merchant who later verifies the same person.
Reviews show your business name to other merchants. Which employee logged it never leaves your own account.
Step three
Report theft, forgery or cheating with the same detail a police complaint would need — FIR number and station if one's been filed, the place and time, evidence, and witnesses. Link a witness straight from your own contacts, or add them by hand.
Every offence report is held back until it clears two independent checks from your local trade association — a Verifier, then an Approver. The person who filed it can never check their own report.
The governance layer
Associations form in a four-level structure — Local, District, State, National — one tree per industry. Gold Loan, Jewellery and Vehicle Finance each run their own. Members elect two Verifiers and two Approvers for each level; those seats are re-elected on a term the members themselves decide.
Your branch's own city or district chapter — where most day-to-day approvals happen.
Elected by Local seat-holders — steps in if a Local branch has no one free to act.
Elected by District seat-holders across the state.
Elected by State seat-holders — the final tier of appeal.
Before you say yes
See every merchant's rating of that person, their average score, and any offence that's cleared association review — with the reporting business named, never the individual employee.
Identity numbers are stored encrypted, never in plain text, and never shown to other merchants.
Other merchants see your business name on a review. The employee who logged it is never exposed.
Every action in your account traces back to a device you approved — new devices need your sign-off first.
