1. Who we are and what this covers

This Privacy Policy explains how Harshiv Techworks Private Limited (CIN U72900TN2020PTC134406; registered office: Old No. 270, New No. 351, M.K.N. Road, Alandur, Chennai 600016, Tamil Nadu, India), trading as Bizzbots ("Bizzbots", "we", "us"), collects, uses, stores and shares information through this website (bizzbots.in), our account website (app.bizzbots.in), and the Minto desktop application ("Minto"). Orders may be invoiced by a seller named at checkout, currently Sethiya Digital; this Policy applies to the information handled for those orders too. By creating an account or using Minto you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. The most important point: your business records are not ours

Minto stores your customers, loans, pledged items, photographs, employees and accounts in a Google Firebase project that you own, created by you in your own Google account. Bizzbots does not collect, read or keep copies of those records.

When you activate Minto, you grant our service account (the "robot") limited roles in your project so that it can create the database, sign-in and storage, set the owner's login, deploy database rules, turn on backups and, when you schedule it, apply a schema update. The robot does not read your records. The roles used only for setting up expire on their own; you can remove the remaining roles at any time, after which setup help and schema updates stop.

You are the controller of the personal data of your own customers and staff held in Minto, and are responsible for collecting it lawfully and for your obligations under the laws that apply to your business.

3. Information we collect

• Account: your name, email address and password. Passwords are handled by Google Firebase Authentication; we never see or store them.
• Business and billing details: legal and trade name, constitution, PAN, GSTIN, state, address and billing email, used on your invoices.
• Orders and payments: what you bought, the amounts, and for a payment you tell us you made, its method, reference number, date and any note.
• Licence and setup: your licence key (stored encrypted, and as a one-way hash for checking), your Firebase project ID and its app settings, and the owner's username.
• Installations: each time Minto starts or checks in, the version it runs and the licence it uses, so that we can offer updates.
• Crash reports: when Minto fails, a technical report of the error. Before it leaves your computer, numbers, names, email addresses and similar details are removed from it.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and request logs, used for security, rate limiting and troubleshooting.

4. How we use it

• To create and secure your account, process orders, confirm payments and issue invoices and licence keys
• To set up your Minto database, check your licence, and deliver updates to Minto
• To fix faults, keep the service secure and prevent misuse
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations
• To contact you about your account, orders, renewals and important changes

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

5. Who we share it with

• Service providers who run our systems for us: Google Cloud and Firebase (hosting, sign-in, file storage) and Supabase (our account database), both in India (Mumbai).
• The billing seller named on your invoice, for the orders it invoices.
• Authorities, where the law requires it.

6. Storage and security

Our systems run in Google Cloud and Supabase in Mumbai, India. Licence keys and your Firebase settings are stored encrypted; every connection is encrypted; access to our administration pages is limited and every action there is recorded. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify you as the law requires if a breach affects it.

7. Retention

We keep your account information while your account is open. Orders, payments and invoices are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which may be several years after your account closes. Crash reports and technical logs are kept for a limited period. [Specific retention periods to be confirmed with counsel.]

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, or withdraw consent where we rely on it. Some information must be kept for legal reasons even after a request. Write to the Grievance Officer named below.

9. Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the new version here with its date and, for material changes, tell you by email or on your account page. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept it.
