These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Trusto mobile application, operated by Bizzbots ("Bizzbots", "we", "us"). By registering for or using Trusto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passcode and for all activity that occurs under your account. New devices must be approved by an existing authorised device, or by re-verifying your identity, before they can access your account. You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorised access.
Trusto provides identity verification of business contacts, a peer rating and offence-reporting system, and industry trade association governance tools. Features, pricing, and availability may change over time and may vary by industry, region, or account type.
Certain features of Trusto operate through industry trade associations formed within the App. If you hold an elected or appointed role within an association (such as Verifier or Approver), you agree to exercise that role in good faith and in accordance with the App's governance rules. Bizzbots does not control, and is not responsible for, the individual decisions made by elected association role-holders.
You are solely responsible for all ratings, written feedback, offence reports, and other content you submit ("User Content"). You represent that all User Content you submit is truthful, accurate, and submitted in good faith.
You must not submit User Content that is false, defamatory, made with intent to harass or harm a competitor, or that you do not have a good-faith factual basis for believing to be true.
Offence reports submitted through Trusto are reviewed by elected representatives of the reporting business's local trade association before becoming visible to other users, as described in our Privacy Policy. This peer-review process is a procedural safeguard and does not constitute an independent legal or factual investigation by Bizzbots.
Bizzbots is a neutral technology platform that facilitates the recording and peer-verification of information submitted by users. Bizzbots does not investigate, adjudicate, or verify the underlying truth of any review or offence report, and makes no representation as to the accuracy of any User Content, whether or not it has completed peer verification.
You agree that any offence report you submit is your own statement, submitted at your own risk and on your own responsibility, and you agree to indemnify Bizzbots against any claim (including defamation) arising from content you submit, as further described in Section 12.
Trusto, its associated trademarks, and all underlying software are the property of Bizzbots or its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use Bizzbots' branding except as necessary to use the App as intended.
We may suspend or terminate your account, including for suspected violation of these Terms, submission of fraudulent content, or at the direction of a competent authority. You may stop using the App at any time; certain obligations (including Section 7 and Section 12) survive termination.
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bizzbots disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including any damages arising from user-submitted content.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bizzbots, its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, or liability, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of your use of the App, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at [city], India. [Confirm arbitration clause requirements with counsel.]
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified within the App. Continued use of Trusto after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
